How to Use

For Microwave Heating: Fill the bottle with COLD water to about two-thirds capacity. Heat in the microwave (power less than 800W) for no more than 2-3 minutes.
For Hot Water Filling: Fill the bottle with hot water (not boiling, approx. 80 degrees Celsius is ideal) to two-thirds capacity. Carefully expel excess air and tighten the cap securely.

Important Safety Instructions:

• CRITICAL: When using a microwave, NEVER use the grill or convection (light wave) function.
• Do not fill with boiling water to avoid damage and risk of scalding.
• Always check the bottle and stopper for wear and tear before use.
• When not in use, drain completely and store with the stopper removed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• The knitted cover is recommended for use to prevent potential burns from prolonged contact.
